Edith Roe, DNP

Brandy, RN

Brandy has been a nurse since 2008 with years of experience working as an emergency room and labor and delivery nurse before changing roles into the aesthetic world. However, nursing is in her blood so Brandy continues to work part-time as an emergency room nurse as it is very important to her to keep up on her skills and knowledge in medicine. “Aesthetics is not only about beauty but it is also medicine and therefore we need to be mindful and knowledgeable of what we are putting in someone’s body.”

Brandy did not take her aesthetic training lightly and took many classes and training around the country working with different products including multiple day hands on training with a world-renowned injector. Her biggest desire is to be the safest injector. She is skilled at cannula and needle use and has extensive hands-on training making her conservative in her injection technique and putting safety above anything. Brandy is well versed in the different types of products and what products would give the best results.

Joie, MA, LE

Joie was born and raised in Portland, OR. She attended Oregon State University and Portland State. University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Out of college Joie realized she was a born salesperson/manager and enjoyed a successful career in the corporate

world for many years.

As life takes you on unexpected journeys Joie took an opportunity to change careers and began a new chapter. Joie always loved skincare and had a bathroom cabinet full of products to prove it. She decided to throw caution to the wind and attend Esthetic school. After graduating from Milan Institute in 2009, she started treating clients at Salon Salon and the Spa. Joie loved this fast-paced busy salon and built up quite the following.

Ready for more Joie was recruited by CT Derm and The Medspa. The opportunity to work with Dr. Carl Thornfeldt the founder of Epionce™ and a world-renowned Dermatologist was a dream come true. As

the Medspa Manager/Esthetician/Medical Assistant she worked closely with Dr. Carl to develop new esthetic treatments that were published in many medical journals. She traveled with Dr. Carl to many

advance trainings over the years. Joie has advanced her knowledge of esthetic medicine and treatments. She is a Certified Dermatology Tech, Certified Laser Tech and a Certified Aesthetic Consultant. In the community she is known as “The Laser Lady”.

No two people are the same so Joie has a great talent of customizing treatments to meet her client’s needs. Joie treats her clients like family, and they love her. When Dr. Carl retired Joie joined Symmetry Med Spa.

In her free time Joie enjoys anything in and around the water, loves to travel and spending time with her many friends. She is involved in the community and attends lots of community events, has chaired the FRCC Center Ball and is an Elk member. Joie lives in Ontario with her boyfriend, Brian and her fur-

babies Millie, Dot and Lilibet her Jack Russell’s.

Pogo Saito

Pogo Saito is a sound bath musician and intuitive energy worker who has a treatment center in Ontario, Oregon and uses a variety of acoustic percussive sound instruments to create a safe and healing vibration to foster a restful meditative environment for their clients. Using tongue drums, singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, chimes, rainstick and their own voice, Pogo takes clients on a journey that begins on a micro level and expands into vastness. People find themselves well rested, relaxed and more aware of themselves and the vibrations that connect us all.
